You’ll find us deep in the action at NRCHA, AQHA, ETXSHA, NRHA, and NCHA events across North Texas not just chasing buckles, but honing skills and savoring the ride. For us, competitions like the Fort Worth Stock Show or local Anna-area jackpots are about growth: testing our training methods, building grit, and giving young riders (and green horses!) a chance to shine in supportive settings. While showing isn’t required, we encourage every rider to saddle up for a show or clinic now and then—there’s no better way to forge trust between horse and human.

Our 200-acre Anna, TX ranch (minutes from McKinney & Frisco) offers prime DFW boarding with a 47-stall barn, covered arena, auto-waterers, and a boarder’s lounge where good company flows as easy as sweet tea. With 24/7 care just off of SH121, we’re built for show horses and Sunday riders alike.
Our Story
For four generations, the Buckley family has raised, trained, and shown Western performance horses across Anna, Texas, and beyond. Brothers Scott and Jeff Buckley—a duo with decades of hard won experience—lead a winning program in reined cow horse, reining, and ranch horse excellence. Their secret? Building every horse (and rider) on patience, trust, and rock-solid foundations.
Scott Buckley: AQHA World Show Qualifier, 2024 Texas Ranch Horse Champion, and mentor to Anna’s next generation of riders. From coaching Youth World finalists to guiding greenhorns, he’s all about turning grit into glory.
Jeff Buckley: Futurity prospect trainer and NRHA judge. He starts two-year-olds with the kind of savvy that sets ’em up for NRHA Derby success—smooth transitions, no drama.
